We have a profoundly knowledgeable and dedicated team and in combination with our work ethic, we believe we are well suited to the dynamics of the Lettings and Sales environment and possess the dexterity required to serve the London market ultimately resulting in a perfect pairing between tenants/buyers and their ideal homes.
Our office has a dedicated administration officer who collates references and ensures tenants are financially viable to rent property. The administrator also prepares the legal aspects of a tenancy including composition of the tenancy agreement (sourced from The Letting Centre). LONDON HomeMoves are proud members of The Property Ombudsman, a body which regulates our industry and provides peace of mind and financial security for both landlord and tenant.
The Branch Manager, Sanjay Shah and Lettings Manager, Adam Hussain, come from an extensive real estate background having served the local area for over 15 years. Having worked for both corporate and independent award-winning agencies previously, their combined local knowledge and experience have gained them a great understanding to be able to assist their clients and exceed their expectations.

Our office is located in the heart of West Kensington. West Kensington is primarily a residential area consisting mainly of beautiful Victorian regency style terraced houses many of which are subdivided into flats. There are many art décor purpose built blocks as well as trendy new developments being erected across the city.
